One day late, but localeapp is up-to-date, as well as 4.0 rebased and working in production.
Translators, please be welcome at localeapp.
Testers, please test both the master and rails4 branches, so that we can have a new stable release.

Looking forward to releasing 3.3.0 and 4.0 in a week!
